Mentoring is a methodology that is based on the transfer of knowledge, experience and expertise from an expert resource ("mentor") depositary of a valuable management acquired over the years and a younger and less experienced ("mentees") that wants to "grow" using a more expert guide.
Even if Mentoring is a method of ancient Greek origin (Mentor was the teacher of Telemachus, Odysseus's son) it is now used by many companies to optimize the management experience of their managers and accelerate the development of young talents.
The optimization of the learning process/change can be obtained through the use of a kit of operational tools that the Mentor may decide to use to promote the growth of their Mentee.
EHR Italy is able to train and support the Mentor in the training process with the Mentee by using tailor-made training projects and personalized methods.
