The Job Analysis is an in-depth analysis of the tasks of a job position with the aim of identifying the requirements and components of a specific position; it consists of a process of gathering information on the tools, tasks, behaviors and observable results (in relation to certain objectives) related to a job position with the aim of producing a job description, an evaluation (job evaluation) or a classification of the position.

The information that is collected through the job analysis are:

    - Requirements needed to perform that job
    -  Study of the nature and size of the organization chart (in order to find the most suitable people for that specific context).
    - The type of qualification and qualification required to do the job
    - Physical conditions necessary to carry out those activities (e.g. for a manager the private office, the storage room useful for the women of service to place the tools used).

EHR Italy, through the study and implementation of "ad hoc" projects, accompanies organizations through paths to enhance their Human Capital.
