The Competence Report represents a path of management of people in the company aimed at knowing and recognizing their professional skills, through a process of evaluation and self-assessment of the skills possessed and expected for the role that the Resource covers (performance) or may cover (potential).
The purpose of activating a Human Resources management through the Skills Report, is to provide useful indications for the definition of a path that allows the achievement of real and concrete professional objectives, both for the company - optimizing the professional skills of the Company Resources to identify and manage career paths - and for the Person - who can achieve awareness about their skills, abilities, attitudes, professional aspirations, aiming at professional development through growth paths and career plans.
