EHR Italy is delighted to invite you to a webinar organised together with studio Gianni & Origoni to examine the main changes introduced by the D. Lgs. 24/2023 on the matter of whistleblowing and to discuss the operative and management challenges connected to the report of wrongdoings, through the direct experiences of two managers.

This is the timeline:
From 15th July 2023 companies with 250 or more employees must comply with the provisions of the Decree while from 17th December 2023 this extends to companies with a number of employees between 50 and 249.
